Jan 12-18: The Q1, Q2 and Q3 seminar books are being updated in preparation for the upcoming Kairos seminars on the Origin of the Universe, the Origin of Life, and the Origin of Humans starting Jan 25. We will examine the implications of The Big Bang Model of cosmology, the Big Birth theory for the emergence of organic life, and the theories of human evolution, for a biblical and confessional Christian faith. Apr 13-19: The ACT Seminars in April & May 2009 will not continue as previously announced with the exception of "BL8 Jesus & The Dead Sea Scrolls in Plain Language". The date for "BL8 Jesus & The Dead Sea Scrolls in Plain Language" will now be April 19th, 2009. The venue and time remain unchanged at Hunter College, West Building, Room 508 in New York and 12.10pm-1.00pm.

Apr 16: Ron Choong has successfully defended his doctoral dissertation at Princeton. His dissertation (Do we sin because we are sinners or are we sinners because we sin?) is an interdisciplinary proposal for a kenotic theological doctrine of moral cognition, one that accounts for the salvific status of amorals who suffer post-natal brain trauma resulting in declarative memory loss and false memory, infancy deaths as well as preconscious retrocausal urges such as found in victims of Tourette's syndrome.
